Also let me know if there is other information missing, like calories, or active minutes?
If the source of the issue is your tracker some recommendations I believe might be of your help, is to try with a restart, The following post from @DW50 will guide you through the steps to do this.
Also setting up your tracker as a new device on your existing account would be a good troubleshoot to reset the settings of your tracker. These post will provide you the steps for more help.
