I'm having the same issue ever since the firmware update about a week ago. I'm having issues with syncing, and mismatches between the # of steps on my dashboard compared to what's being reported in this week's Workweek Challenge. I tried unpairing then repairing my device, nothing. Then I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and lost 7k steps. This latest app/firmware release is a piece of crap. The Fitbit app used to be so user friendly, and it has gotten progressively worse over the past 6-8 months. What a joke. Challenges aren't fun and striving to hit those step goals aren't fun when your data is inaccurate. I'm ready to switch back to Jawbone.

@Angelaw8790@faunny@K-direction I recommend performing a restart on your Flex and then giving it another try.

@faunny Bummer. To troubleshoot through those issue, check out this help article's troubleshooting section. That should get you back on track.

As for Challenges, check out what syncs over to Challenges via our Challenges FAQs page.

I've done that, several times. In addition, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no go. All that did was reset my steps for the day, on some screens. For this week's Workweek challenge, I joined on Saturday, so there was no reason for my early steps on Monday to not count. The mismatch between steps continues today. Main dashboard shows 1255 steps, if I tap into the steps, it shows today's steps at 4957, and when I check the challenge, it shows total for the past 2 days of 1846. I did not have these issues until the recent firmware update. I need a legit solution, resetting does not work.
