After latest update, when I try to sync, I immediately get a device not found message. I can see the flex from Bluetooth, and I can sync from my Samsung tablet, so it is the app on pixel 3 that is broken.

Hi @alankjackson, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps on your Google Pixel 3 mobile device:
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device
- Make sure that your Google Pixel 3 is running Android 10
- Reboot your mobile device
- Reinstall the Fitbit app
- Login using your credentials
Let me know if the issue persist. If such is the case, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
