I've been perusing the help questions and it seems like people have been having syncing problems with multiple styles of Fitbits. I've also had trouble. Two or three days ago, my Fitbit quit automatically syncing with my Apple computer. I was given the "No Internet Connection Found" error. Internet is not the problem. I tried uninstalling the app (again looking through the Help questions -- people keep saying you can uninstall the app by clicking the "uninstall" button, but as others have said, I can not find such a beast), ended up dragging it to the trash and downloading it again. No luck. So I tried my Android (Galaxy S7) phone's app. I was able to sync using that on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday night I noticed an update available for my Flex, so I took the 10 minutes and updated it. Now, Monday night, nothing will sync my Flex!! The Flex itself appears to work just the same. I can see it counting my steps and it vibrated when I reached my goal. Nothing different there.
Do I need to reset my Flex? Was the update corrupted? Are there Gremlins in my computer?
Whatever happened a few days ago, please, please fix it. Or undo it. I use the Fitbit in conjunction with my company's fitness program, and without my steps being counted, I'm not going to make my points. Thank you for your time.

I did try resetting the fitbit. I did all you did and nada. No sync.
