Having tried restarting your phone without any luck, try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give it a few tries as it's known to not always work

I had to replace my charger, and the generic charger doesn't have a keyhole. It doesn't seem like there's a way to manually reset it from by plugging it in to my computer, either?
