Flex syncs to my iPad, but not my phone.

Hello. Having trouble with my flex syncing to my phone. It will sync to my ipad, but not my Samsung Galaxy. I tried logging out on my phone and a reset of the flex. What next?

Restarted my phone...worked. i'm good.😊
