My wife's flex2 was working great paired with Android Samsung s6 phone for weeks. Gradually sync issues started but eventually it work. Now it it has not synced since 12/28. We tried all the steps on the flex 2 help page (kill app, reboot phone, Bluetooth on off, reinstall app, reset flex2, etc). Tried unpairing flex2 and adding it, says found your tracker, then connecting, then fails.
Any other ideas? I had similar sync issues with my old flex, would be nice if you guys could fix these problems. I've had numerous Bluetooth devices and never as much trouble syncing.
