Food getting logged to yesterday instead of today

When I log food for today, it doesn't show up on today's dashboard, even though today's date was selected. It shows up on yesterday's dashboard.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to log your food? When was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? This is affecting food logs only or when you log an activity or sleep too? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9. I first started experiencing this problem yesterday and it's happening again today. I also noticed today that if I track something to tomorrow, it shows up on today. So far, it's only happening when I log food. I will do the steps you suggested and let you know what happens.

It does seem to be working now, and will hopefully keep working.
