Food tracking ahead by a day - Timezone Issues

By default, I use UTC-4 Eastern Time (ET). I traveled to UTC-5 Central Time (CT) on the 9th of July, and then traveled back to Eastern Time on the 12th. Ever since then, my calorie intake is recorded one day ahead, while my calorie output stays on the current day.

If I change my time back to UTC-5 (CT), I start seeing some strange results.

I'm not sure what's going on here. If anyone knows how to reset this odd trend without losing my old data, that would be great.

Hi, @SmashedKlutz welcome to the community, it sounds like you have a time/date issue in your app settings. Touch your icon in the top right of the "Today" screen>Fitbit settings>date, time & units in time zone turn off the set automatically & manually set your time zone. Go to the Fitbit app in your phone settings, clear the cache, force stop & then open the app again. Has this fixed it? If not, further steps you could take include restarting your Fitbit device, deleting the Fitbit app from your phone, restarting it & reloading the app. Provided you sync your Fitbit app before the restarts your data should be safe on the Fitbit servers.

Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Cheers
