My daughter has an iPhone, I have an Android. She sent me a friend request that I haven't received. I can't see any iPhone contacts. I tried to add her via email and got a 403 error saying friend request not sent. Can't get around it. What's happening?

@veggiecrepe Welcome to the forums. I will glady help you with the friend requests on the Fitbit app with your Android smartphone. Thanks for the explanation. This error message typically shows that the desired website/content could not be reached or the access was denied. I will try to add a new friend and will let you know if I get the same error message; I do not have my smartphone in handy.
Usually contacts in your smartphone that own a Fitbit will be shown first on the list "Friends with Fitbit". If your daughter is not showing under this list, please try adding her over the Fitbit.com Website. You find instructions on this article: How do I add Fitbit friends?. Follow the instructions for the fitbit.com dashboard.
Have a nice day!
In the meantime please try adding your daughter
