Hi 👋🏻
I've friended both my son and my daughter.
Everyone is using Google accounts.
I can see my daughter's steps... but not my son's. 🤷🏻
"Step count unavailable"
I've tried removing and re-adding my son... no effect.
Any ideas why this could be happening / how to fix?
Thanks for any ideas.
Best AnswerHi, @duncan-c welcome to the community, may I suggest you carefully check your son's login on the Fitbit app, he may have a Google account but is he using it to log into his Fitbit account?
Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Hi.
Thanks for replying.
Yes, I can confirm that everyone (me, my son, my daughter) are all logging into Fitbit with our Google accounts.
What makes this more interesting...
Has anyone experienced this?
Best AnswerHi, @duncan-c, have you made any progress? On reflection, I would point out there is no indication others are having the same problem as yourself (I'm not) This would point to a setting issue in your group. If your son's step count is not appearing at "Today">you>friends (it should be under his name) what Fitbit device is he using? is your son using a child account?
Let us know by posting here again.
Cheers

My son is using an Inspire 3. He is not using a child account.
There must be something wrong with the Google account conversion... after unfriending my son, I cannot re-add him (the email is never received by my son)... I tried from my wife's account too... still no email.
I've given up... I have deleted my son's account... will sign up again in 30 days (when the deletion is complete). Hopefully that resets everything.
