Hello @Binaryroyale, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering how are you tracking your run? Are you using MobileRun or Connected GPS?

If you are using MobileRun make sure your phone can track your activity when you're out of Wi-Fi range. This is usually achieved by making sure Cellular Data is turned on. Also make sure GPS can continue tracking while your phone is locked and at last make sure your phone can identify your location. This is usually achieved by enabling Location Services within your privacy settings.

Now if you are using Connected GPS keep in mind a weak GPS signal can be caused by environmental factors such as tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, or even thick cloud cover. All of these factors can interrupt the connection between your tracker and GPS satellites. Also I you start your exercise before the GPS fixed your location it may reduce the distance while established a connection with the GPS.

Hope this helps. See you later!
