GPS distance not added to my overall totals

Hi, this morning i've started the cycling activity on my Charge 2. The app under the tab "weekly exercise" correctly display the distance (4 km), but the little badge displayng the distance is 0,68 km. How can i resolve this?

 

 p.s. My phone is a samsung s8

Hello there @tione, nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I can see what you are experiencing with your distance by reading your post.

 

In this case you recorded the cycling activity using connected GPS, the distance will be provided by the GPS of your phone working as a bridge between your tracker to have map course and other additional information of your activity. By doing this the activity gave you the 4 km.

 

Now in your overall stats this distance is not added to your total, since the distance displayed here is based on the amount of steps by multiplying your walking steps and walking stride length. Similarly, your running steps are multiplied by your running stride length. This will not necessarily match a pre-measured distance, nor will it show exactly what a GPS activity will show. Reason why are classified in different sections of your Dashboard.
