GPS dropping out mid exercise

I have noticed when using the app on my Pixel Watch that the GPS drops out mid run. Google advised me to post here to provide feedback.

 

I can't provide a photo as your forum keeps flagging up an issue with message body text.

 

I have seen it happen 3 times since early Feb, maybe 1/5 runs has the issue.

 

I have been asked to switch off auto recognise for runs by Fitbit support but not sure that is the fix as that feature doesn't use GPS.
