When I set up my auto recognised exercises it tells me that GPS will not be turned on. How do I turn this on to get logs of my route

@Laura1409, you do not say which Fitbit tracker you have, but if it is one with Connected GPS, the GPS function is not used with auto recognized exercises - it is only enabled with manually started exercise modes.

I too have the same issue. My Fitbit charge 2 is supposedly capable of GPS tracking, however it never tracks when I do outdoor bike or run. When I look at my auto recognized exercises, both outdoor bike and run are enabled at 10 minutes, but it has a tiny message that reads ”gps will not be turned on" and I can't find anyway to turn that to "on". I read what Larry responded about the GPS only working with manually tracked exercises, but I have a hard time believing that would be the case. It seems completely illogical that Fitbit would not have GPS tracking setup for auto recognized exercises.
