Welcome to the Forums @MrsHayleyS.
At this moment we do not have any specific time frame of when will any specific devices be added to the list.
Some users of phones that aren't on the list have mentioned that following these steps has helped them to get their Fitbit to sync correctly, maybe you could give it a shot.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Best AnswerWonder if it's the Alta firmware? Prior to the blaze, my wife was successful with the original charge hr also.

Hey @MrsHayleyS and @Tommy632.
@MrsHayleyS Glad to read that you got it to work with a tablet. That should definitely work for the time being.
@Tommy632 It's not really related to the Fitbit itself, it has more to do with the way the app is optimized. Given the nature of the issues we cannot guarantee that it will work, but it might work some times.
Having said that, you could try checking on the Bluetooth settings of the phone and verify if the Blaze is showing there. If it is, please try to remove it from there and then run the setup process on the app as if the Alta was a brand new device.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
