@Awhittaker, have you tried updating the Fitbit App to the newest version, v2.81? If so, did you restart your phone after the app update to ensure it was cleanly started?

if you look at all the other threads with sync issuss you will find the problem started with the last fitbit app update, ie v2.81

The thread I replied to indicates their problem began on Oct 2nd, and the latest app update was not released until the 17th. I have been using the latest version of the app since it was released, and the syncing has been much improved, without a single problem, since it was installed.
