Since my update last week, I can no longer see who is calling. Texts is fine. Watch just says "phone".

Thanks for letting me know what is going on after the update last week.

 

In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. This should help in getting it to work correctly.

I use the Galaxy Note 8 and have been having many issues syncing, and messages dont even come through anymore.  The last time i called customer service they told me the Galaxy Note 8 is not a supportive device.  very disappointing.....am currently working on a return.  not sure what device i will be getting next (likely not Fitbit if it doesn't support the Galaxy Note 8).
