When will the Alta be supported by the Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 edge? My phone won't even load the fitbit app.

Welcome to our Community @ntash449! Hope you're doing great! Robot HappyPlease know the Galaxy S7/S7Edge is not currently listed as a supported device to sync with Fitbit trackers. Our developers are still testing this device and hopefully it will be added as supported soon. In the meantime you can try to set up your tracker on a computer and also stay updated with the supported devices for syncing here.
