It's great to see you around @MsDeeDe. The reason why you are having problems connecting your tracker with your phone is because Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not a compatible device yet. Our team is hard working testing the compatibility of several phones, your patience will be much appreciated. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. In the meantime, keep in mind that you can sync your tracker with a computer or compatible phone.
