@Beez61 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to help with your inquiry about the notifications feature. Let me know if you are getting an error on the screen of the app. If possible, attach a screenshot of the error.
In the meantime, try turning off your phone, turn it back on and open the app. Finally, enable the notifications one more time.
