Welcome to the Community @mrstoggle. Regarding to your question, Samsung Galaxy J3 is not a compatible phone. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and the Add more compatible Android devices request, vote for it and leave your comment.

Is this still true? I was told it was compatible.

I can't find the fitbit app on my Galaxy - did you ever find out if it is compatible? Thanks

@Shacakes, the Device Compatibility list shows the Galaxy J, but does not show a J3. Have you looked in the Google Play Store on your phone to see if the Fitbit App is available for download? If it is, it may work for some functions, but not all.

Never received a reply from here. ATT told me it was compatible, but since I couldn't get a definitive answer on if it was or not, I didn't get a J3
