I bought the new FitBit Blaze and I downloaded the FitBit app. I've made an account and I have tried to sync my Blaze to my phone but it says I need to update the app. I then went to the play store and found no updates available. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling the app with no success. The current version on my phone is 2.15.1. What do I do?

Welcome to the Community @Blakeblue. Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. It's weird to hear that you are receiving this type of messages. I recommend rebooting your phone and after this try one more time to open the Fitbit app. In the meantime, if you haven't paired your tracker, you can do it from a computer.

has this problem been fixed? i am new to fitbit, and got same problem and win 10 app isnt working either. have tried to exhaustion rebooting, reinstalling and everything else

Are you getting any error message when trying to setup or sync your Fitbit tracker? Would it be possible for you to reply with a screenshot of your Android and Windows 10 devices so I can take a better look at it? That would be very helpful.
