I have the same phone, and yep, the same thing happened to me with my Alta. I have tried every possible trouble- shooting suggestion, and no luck! I am pulling my hair out in frustration.
I asked a question about the same problem yesterday, and have a list of things I have attempted to try and solve this issue. They may work for you, maybe.
I so hope it gets sorted out soon! Fingers crossed.

I too tried every suggestion I could find to no avail. Then after days of frustration in trying to get the Fitbit to sync, it mysteriously started working just as several other people on this site reported. I love my charge HR but it is extremely frustrating to have to go through these gyrations, it seems, every time Fitbit runs an update.

I am happy to hear that your charge HR is back working, so maybe I have to practice some patience and keep my fingers crossed that it eventually works for me too. Eventually.
I absolutely agree about problems occurring every time there is an update. So a new phone is going to have to happen real soon.
