Gender change on the app

How do I change fitbit to male its default to female

Hi, @Boz1516 , welcome to the community. In the "Today" screen of your Fitbit app on your phone touch your device icon in the top left>"You" tab in bottom right>top tile with your name on>sex. Return to the home screen & sync.

No I was not ...able to ...I need to know how why do you make it so difficult .... I don't like this fitbit at all

@Boz1516 Thanks for the reply. Does the change not save? Or were you not able to find the personal settings?

Open the Fitbit app, tap on "You" and then tap on your username. You will then receive all of your personal settings, gender as well. Tap on it to edit it and confirm. Close the app and repeat the process to check if the change took effect. Thanks in advance!

@Boz1516 Thanks for the swift reply. When you open the app, there will be 3 sections at the bottom. One of them reads "You" (bottom right). Tap on iot and then at the top your name will be shown, tap on that was well in order to access the personal settings. There you are able to perform the change.
