General Sync Issues

I have read a ton of issues with people having Sync issues and I have mine too.  I own a Samsung Galaxy S6 running Droid 7 Code from AT&T.  I do not continuously sync to be honest I am lucky if I remember to sync once or twice a week.  Mostly I sync when I land on from a flight to a new timezone and normally Sunday's.

 

The only way I am able to successfully sync is Reboot both my phone and Blaze.

 

So any input is desired.
