My sleep info is completely gone and there is no place to even get it. Sleep info is not even on my list of options/tools.  Been getting it for years and now it has disappeared.

It may be that the sleep tile was accidentally deleted from your app dashboard. I believe there is an edit button at the top of the app dashboard that will allow you to add the sleep tile, and arrange the order of the tiles. Refer to:
