From What should I know about traveling with my Fitbit?,

"Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. If your tracker measures heart rate, summary heart rate data will be stored as well."

So if you can at least keep your tracker charged, you should be able to keep at least 30 most recent days summary data, to sync when you do get internet access.

As described in Can I see real-time data in the Fitbit app?, you will be able to see some, but not all, data on the Android app directly via the bluetooth link, without actually syncing to the Fitbit cloud.

Thanks but doesn't solve the problem. I need to be able to function without internet access for extended periods. Seems like charge 3 is useless off the grid ...

By "for extended periods", do you mean for longer than a month, or is that you need detailed rather than summary data, or do you mean that you won't have power to keep it charged?

By extended periods I mean up to or more than 6 months.

During that time I want to be able to use my Charge 3 with just my
Android phone and my laptop. There will be no Internet access.

I understand now.  I was going by your original question about one month without internet access.

Sorry. I thought it would be a long enough period to answer my question...
