Just upgraded to new phone Google Pixel 4XL and now I can't add my Fitbit Iconic. Is my new phone not compatible?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a link to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking the connection to your new phone.

I note that the phone is not on fitbit's list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

I don't know if that's because it's new and not yet tested or there are issues. Hopefully someone with that phone will post here with their experience
