Graphs disappeared from Mobil phone, now only on PC, happened yesterday and I want them back on phone after week of troubles with syncing.

 

Tried everything to get it right no way, now all the graphs are lost on the Mobil app. I did install the app again and I just see calories. Says now can only see the graphics on the laptop

How I get the graphics back in the app?

Hi there @trisje, nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are not able to see the graphs of your Fitbit app. The only explanation for this issue is that you tracker is not paired to your Dashboard.

 

When the tracker is not paired, all this data is not available to see. Different from the online Dashboard that the graphs are available regardless if you have a tracker.

 

To resolved this issue is just matter to connect your tracker with your existing account. The following post will give you some reference for the steps to follow in the Android app.
