HELP!fitbit charge 2 move reminders not working??

Since iv brought and set up my fitbit,(iv read all the instructions)and set my active hours how i want them,and "turned the notification" on but if im inactive for over 1 of those hours im not gettin the vibrate and move reminder?help would be appreciated thanks x

Also make sure that on your device it self Notifications is on. Use the side button keep pressing until you get to the last screen. If it shows Off Hold down the button to turn it on

Take a look at the do-not-disturb settings on your phone. I have discovered that if the Fitbit activity reminder period starts during the do-not-disturb period, the reminders never come on. My phone's do-not-disturb period ends at 7am, and when I changed my activity reminder period from 6am to 7am, the reminders started working again.
