My HR 2 has not synced since Dec 9th.....partial syncing eg some steps sone calorie count but otherwise useless. I have tried EVERYTHING! Reset device. Uninstall/reinstall app and bluetooth. This is my second HR charge not had an issue lije this before. Using same phone too Samsung A5.......any ideas or do I need a new device? Disappointed!

Hub @Nerms. The first thing to try when a Fitbit device will not sync is a restart. Tap here for instructions. You should see the Fitbit logo and feel the vibration after a restart. It is best to do this 2 or 3 times in a row, then check to see if you can sync. Please let us know if this helps.

I have tried this numerous times but still cant sync....well only partially. Tried again and now get error message to say device not synced
