HR + S7 = :-(

My new S7 will not sync with my HR. The only way I can get it to work is to plug in the tracker and do a reset. It will then update. Once. I have all the location services turned on. I even deleted the app and installed it again just in case I didn't have the most recent update. My Bluetooth doesn't even recognize the device. What the heck? This is very frustrating.

Welcome to the Community @Abril. The reason why you are having problems connecting the tracker with your phone is because Samsung Galaxy S7 is not a compatible phone yet. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or compatible phone.
