HR charge doesnt want to sync

Hi. My hr charge struggles to sync. I have restarte my fitbit aswell as logged out of the app but still no luck. It synce and the moment i go out it resets to 0.

Can anyone help me please. I even went as far as to uninstall and re install the app.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Chanticnm. It's great to have you here. Thank you for your efforts while trying to resolve this issue before contacting us. Your device shouldn't reset after syncing. It has to reset the recorded data every day at midnight only. I would recommend following @RickyFitbit's workarounds to resolve syncing issues with Android devices. This should get you back on track. Let me know how it goes.
