HR data not appearing for manually logged exercises

With the latest Andriod application, I no longer see the heartrate data associated with manually entered exercise.  I use to see this with previous version when I reviewed the exercise data.  Still works with auto detected exercise.  Anyone else with this observation?

Since the latest fit bit app update, I can't seem to track my heart rate zones etc. when manually logging exercise. It seems to have stopped automatically tracking exercise like walking (which it used to detect by heart rate changes).

I can manually log all my exercise but not getting any info about the benefits.

If it helps, steps and floors are tracking and the app will display my actual heart rate when syncing.

I have a charge which seems to be working fine and syncing is working fine too which is why is m linking this change to a recent app update as started after that.

Any help or info would be appreciated.

Heartrate BPM graph not recording on Android phone.  Worked till Sunday. Have cleared cache. Uninstalled app. Even done a factory reset. Still not working.

Hello @Deemax

Sorry to see you're having issues with your heart rate graph not showing in your Fitbit app.

Which Fitbit device do you have? Do you have issues with your device tracking any other data, including sleep?

This behavior is also true of my Versa and Pixel phone. All data reflected in the app except heartrate graph and resting heart rate. Last data is for Sunday January 21 following the update to the app. ALL data & graphs are properly shown on my web desktop.

In fairness, the app update did fix a number of other issues related to blank settings screens for clocks/apps on the watch. And promptly broke something new.

Unless things have changed, I'm not aware of this changing. Manually entered exersizes assume that the watch wasn't being worn, and ignores what the watch recorded.
