Hi @Mkaurand
Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the Android section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
Your post will get more attention here.

Feel free restarting the phone,
When desired, it's possible to clear the fitbit app cache for the phone:

Make sure the latest fitbit app for the phone is installed. If the issue remains, try uninstalling the app completely (if not already done) & reinstall freshly.
Hope it helps

Hi @Mkaurand, welcome to the Community!
Hmmmm, this sounds pretty weird. If you have the most recent version of the Fitbit app installed on your phone, this shouldn't be happening. You can try the suggestions that my friend @SunsetRunner posted above, but before you try to uninstall the Fitbit app, try to log out and then log back in.
Let me know the outcome!
