HR range differs between Pixel Watch 3 and Fitbit app

this is pixel watch 3. Shouldn't these be the same?

Mine has the same issue. I hadn't noticed since I don't look at it on the watch but after seeing your post I went and looked. Exactly the same problem. In fact, it shows 95 as the highest HR so far today on the phone and the watch doesn't show it going nearly that high - and yet the HR supposedly comes from the watch.
