Did you mean:

HR% - relative HR

If you want to monitor your heat rate (HR) during an activity it is important to see also your relative HR related to your max HR.
Especially in the spinning class the instructor gives advices what should be your %HR in the current exercise.
Also during running I'm especially interested in my %HR and less in my actual HR.

@haddat   The Fitbit app doesn't give that information.  Fitbit gives active zone minutes.  Active zone minutes are broken down into moderate and vigorous/peak.  This breakdown helps users meet CDC and WHO recommendations for physical activity.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
