HR with Sony Xperia Z5 mini

I enjoy being able to keep an eye on my achievements on my phone. Unfortunately my Sony Xperia Z5 mini is not currently compatible, so I am constantly having syncing issues. There are ways around this, like connecting to the app on my Windows 10 laptop, which seems to force a sync with the phone?! However, it's time consuming and doesn't allow me to always check my status on the go. Will my phone ever become fully compatible with the fitbit app?

Hello @NutNut, welcome to our Fitbit Community. About when a device is going to be compatible we don't have further details. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

I have a mobile phone not listed as compatible and sometimes I got syncing delays. Perhaps the following post provide the help you need: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). It wont hurt to give it a try.

You can sync your tracker using the Windows 10 Fitbit app, by plugging your wireless sync dongle or if your computer support native bluetooth. Just log in to your account and sync your tracker, this information will be share across all your devices.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have additional questions.
