HRV and BR showing no data for the past 10 days

Was happy with my Sense, however since April 5, neither HRV nor BR shows up in my Health Metrics - it says no data. I have done all the troubleshooting, but nothing has fixed it. I finally chatted with a Support person who said others are having thins problem and they are working on a resolution. No time table. Just told me to keep the app up to date. I haven't seen any posts with anybody else mentioning this problem.

I have the same issue, but for me it's the Oxygen Saturation that has stopped showing data.

same but Charge4 . Stopped collecting data for HRV late January. Never collected BR more than twice in 4 months.  collected data for HRV is gone from the functional time period that was able to be collected prior to the end of January.  Numerous chats and email communications and a replacement of the "pebble" have not resolved the problem.  Wait,wait wait, we are working on it.  I have a $150 wristband and an $80 upgrade to premium that is useless if the functionality isn't available as promised.

Everything glad worked great until 3 days ago. For the past 3 days I get "no data" for both breathing rate and HRV

I have a charge 3 and everything is up to date.

Over 6months without that data. Previous 6months were fine. I'm about to
become an irritating customer again.

Same here. Fitbit doesn't care since they sold out to Google.

Same here - still no BR or HRV but Stress Score is calculating so they must be being recorded somewhere but not displayed on the app.  These have been working fine previously but stopped working for last two days. Android and C4. Metric tile continues to show the other measures.

My bad, didn't know there was a calculated stress score. Going to check
that out. HRV was something I found very useful to monitor lifestyle/sleep.

I am having the exact same problem, no HRV and no BR data for the last week or so. All the rest of the health metrics are being collected as normal. I see there is a best answer posted but it does not really answer the question nor offer a solution. So what's the story on this issue?

Mine is working again now. I chatted with technical support and all I was told is that they were aware of the issue.  Not sure what they did to fix the app...it's a mystery.

Interestingly, mine started to work again too, this morning, even
back-filling two days of missing data to show a total of 3 days worth of
data now. Very strange.

So similar issue here.  No skin temp or oxy sat.  Never since set up.  Help?
