I've owned my Charge HR for almost 3 year's. I've had no issues (despite the odd not syncing) until 27/04/2019 (UK GMT) where network was down for maintenance. My Charge HR was not syncing correctly since and today a week later is now not connecting to my Android phone despite following all possibilities. Has the Charge HR been removed from the support network?

Thanks for sharing all of those details on the matter and mentioning that you have tried to troubleshoot your Charge HR.
In this case, I'd like to ask you to confirm if you have tried all of the steps listed in this help article to get your Charge HR to sync. If so, please let me know if you are getting an error message and what does it say.
In the meantime please let me know what Android phone is it that you are using, and what Android version you are running.
