Haven't been able to sync since new year's eve

I haven't been able to sync my Blaze since new years eve. Seems to be a similar problem to the ios issue recently.  Can't do the recent software upgrade as it can't find my device  Bluetooth is on and I have Internet activity. The blaze is working fine but it has just stopped talking to my device.  Have rebooted the blaze as well.  Any ideas?

The same has happened to me with my charge 2 😕😕

I turned my Blaze off for at least 30 minutes. On restart everything
seemed to work OK again.

Hey thanks for the reply. Just after I posted I took my fitbit off for 15 minutes and then it started working again
