Having battery problems with my 2 year old charge 5.

My Fitbit charge 5 battery is drained after a few hours rather than 3 days. Also the red photo cell on the rear of the watch won't shut off at all. Fitbit is only 2 years old. Does anyone have a phone number I can call for support ?

I'll probably switch to Samsung rather than buy a new Fitbit but I do prefer the Google app.

I started having the same problem this poring. Woke up and my Charge 5 was dead, so I put it on the charger. Had it on for 2 hours and it is dead again. I will probably switch, as well.
