i have been trying to set up my fitbit alta i had a fitbit before but am having trouble iwas setting it up om\n my computer in also have a samsung galaxy s6 phone can u help me

Have you tried setting it up as a new device on an existing account?

 

You trying to do this on the computer or the S6?

It's nice to see you around the Community @jomarie71, hope you're doing great! If you're still having issues trying to set up your Alta to your Android device, I'd recommend following the steps I've posted here.
