Health Metric tile unresponsive (does not launch)

Hey Team,

 

I searched before posting but can only find dead threads.

My Health Metric app will not launch to show me any details.  When pressing the tile I see it's been pressed but nothing happens after. 

I've tried diving into the details from the web dashboard and selecting on review details (which then takes me to the fitbit app).

Details

Fitbit charge 4

Firrmware = 48.20001.100.34

Android os 10 (latest update)

Phone brand: OnePlus 5

Fitbit app ver: 3.40.1
Account region: Estonia *Supported (English)

Premium sub enabled

Watch face shows sp02 (for a while)

 

**Note: my partners health metric tile works with same setup except Phone is Huawei p10

Troubleshooting done

Restart fitbit charge 4 (USB)
Signout of app
Clear cache
Uninstall
Reboot app
Reinstall app

Sign in

resynced fitbit

 

Any advice would be great.
