Hi,
Like others I have an issue with the Health Metrics tile force closing the app.
I also cannot access premium food and exercise programs.
Customer service live chat asked the usual. Did I try logging out back in. Yes, I also reinstalled app ect. No fix. Had this issue a few days now.

Been told during a live chat that someone more qualified to deal with the issue would email me.
That was this morning. It's now 6pm and nothing.
Not great when I can't access premium features I've paid for.

Due to not testing the release thoroughly they simply released broken app to the Play store. It crashes for me, too. The beta update is still broken. Customer support won't help here. Sometimes, I don't believe they ever use their own products seeing how little do they know 🤣

Crashing for me too and I too have a samsung, but just your basic s21.

After my 17th time of reinstalling its now fixed.
Crucially I can now access the guided programs that as a premium customer I'm actually paying for. It wasn't just the metric tile for me.
The Fitbit service is rubbish. Thanks to everyone who posted updates on here. Customer service said they'd get back to me but never bothered. I hope you all get a fix shortly.
Here's to it not breaking on the next update. 👍
