Health metric graphs have lost data

I use a charge 2 with an Samsung S10.

This morning 2 of the health metric graphs are blank. The resting heart rate one is fine. My sleep recorded fine. Please reinstate the data ASAP.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi Gigglechick and RicardoFitbit,

I have a Charge 2 and the same thing is happening with me. It started this week, can't remember exact day, maybe Monday 15th Feb. Since then, the resting heart rate graph has not shown at all. I will follow RicardoF's instructions and let you know.

Reinstalling the app worked, my graph is back
