The health metrics data on the dashboard doesn't match the detailed data. The main dashboard says all 5 health metrics are in range, but the detailed data shows 2 or the 5 out of range. The detail appears correct (I e. those two metrics are indeed outside my normal.) Thanks for any help.

Out of curiosity, which of your metrics were out of range?
I've experienced similar discrepancies in my Health Metrics data where the Metrics on the Today page don't match the detailed data. I've also seen where the Today page will initially show out of range and later will show in range. It might take awhile for the 2 sections to sync up properly.
If the Health Metrics on the Today page don't match up with the detailed data before the end of the day, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app
- Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
- Select Feedback in the menu that opens
- Complete the prompts and submit
Although it's likely that you won't receive a reply, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.

Yesterday and today it still didn't sync up by the end of the day (well today it hasn't yet.) Today it is my O2 and RHR. Yesterday it was resp rate, HRV and RHR. These metrics are in large part why I have a Fitbit as I use this to manage my health and it's incredibly crucial that this be accurate. I can no longer look at the detal history because now when you go back to a previous day, it shows today's data on the details page. It's an awful flaw for someone like me.
Reporting it and not having anyone reply or it's happening really isn't a good resolution. Thanks for your reply, though.

Thank you for the additional information. It's strange that your Health Metric scores aren't syncing up properly in the app. I looked at the help page on Health Metrics, but the recommended troubleshooting there is in regard to not getting the scores. You said that you're getting scores, but they aren't matching between the Today page tile & the detailed data page.
The other option you have is to contact Support (<-- click link) to see if they have any troubleshooting that they can recommend. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
