I've never been able to get the heart rate Alerts (Low / High) that my Charge 6 generates on the watch to be recorded in the app as they are supposed to be, and allow me to maintain a history of these critical events with a means to note any circumstances. Such a let down, I would never have purchased this watch had I known this feature would not work as advertised. Several support requests never provided any resolution and all of the multiple people in the community reporting same have their posts closed without resolution. Like they don't want to hear it any more.

My wife had the same issue and it turns out that the low heart rate alerts are only sent when the heart rate measurements are lower than 50 bpm for at least 10 minutes, which seems a bit excessive to me.

Interesting; if the watch detected the low heart rate event and alerted you, then the criteria for reporting the low heart rate event were clearly met.
My wife hasn't had a low heart rate alert since the app SW updated from V4.16 to V4.17 and she has had several low heart rate events since then, so I just assumed that it was an app SW bug.
Someone pointed out in my post about the problem that there was a 10 minute duration requirement before reporting low heart rate alerts and I confirmed that in the 'Learn more' information for getting low heart rate alerts, so I stopped debugging the issue.
It appears that the low heart rate alerts really did stop working with anything newer than the V4.16 app SW release.
