Heart Rate Not Syncing To App?

Just got the Charge HR. Everything seems to sync to the app (Android) except the heart rate. When I click the heart rate part of the app is simply states "no measurement". The device itself doesn't seem to have an issue with the heart rate but won't sync it to the app.

I've restarted the device, made it auto sync, made sure the heart rate is on auto, set up the call notifications, etc. What am I missing? Thanks!

Thank you so much! All the searching I did. It seems that I do have a graph now. Is there anything I can shut off now so save battery life on my phone and still get the graph?
